General Information:

Prices for all our items sold are in US DOLLAR (USD$).

For some products, there could be 1 to 2cm (0.4-0.8") differences due to manual measurement. There could also be slight differences in the colour tone of the website's photos and the actual item due to lighting effects/angles, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc.

Shipping Information:

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Depending on which warehouse location the product is being shipped. The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product listing.

Please allow 3-5 Days to 4 (FOUR) weeks of delivery time for USA, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. Kindly allow 3 (THREE) to 6 (SIX) weeks for other countries.

What shipping options are offered by Saaz Life on different products listed?Based on our product warehouse location, one of the two options will apply for each item:

1. 3-5 days (US & Canada)

2. USA/ Canada 2-4 Weeks, 3-6 weeks Worldwide

Where is the item coming from?
Domestic warehouse products within USA can be delivered within 3-5 Days for addresses within the USA. All our products are shipped from our overseas warehouses as well via secured shipping and handling.

For multiple products on same order, do they all arrive together?

Merchandise may ship from different warehouses, hence might arrive in different packages and times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost and time is displayed on each product description page for your convenience as our products are shipped from different warehouses.

How do I know the status of my order? 
We will send you email confirmation of your orders within 1-2 business days after the purchase. As soon as the order is shipped which is usually within 5-7 business days, we will send a email confirming that your order has been shipped.

How can I pay my order?
We offer safe & secure shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners and Apple Pay). So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices listed on saazlife.com are listed in US Dollar (USD$).

How secure is my personal information?
Saaz Life adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

Orders:

How can I place an order?
To place an order for your favourite item you need to:
- Go to the link of your chosen product.
- Then select the right Colour, Size, Design or another variant.
- Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.
- Click ’ADD TO CART’ button to proceed to checkout.
- And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information, phone number and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #17021), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?
We always recommend to our valued customers to check SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support and we’ll send it again right away. You can contact us using the chat/message on the website or email us at saa-z@saa-z.com

How can I change my order?
It’s important to notify us if you would like to us to make a change to your order, we request you to please update us within 24 hours of placing the order. Especially if your request has shipping address changes to avoid inconvenience.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to saa-z@saa-z.com requesting cancellation. But it must within 24 hours as that is the time we take to process the order. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped to you. Please note that due to high fraud activities that we received, there's a $5 charge on Order Cancellation. Therefore we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

Cancellations & Returns:

When is a refund possible?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For returns, please contact us at saa-z@saa-z.com and we'll do our best to make it right. No worries!

At Saaz Life, we strive to provide the easiest online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe, so a refund will be issued if:
- The received item is defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
Please note you will be required to provide pictures of the received item to qualify for exchange/refund.

When are refunds not possible?
If you have placed an order with a wrong item / address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for the exchange/refund for the following reasons. If:
- The order is not corrected within 24 hours.
- The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or
- The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Received the correct item but you want to exchange to a different design.
